I offer a full range of guided walks and hiking, all over Tenerife. I customise my service to suit individual needs from strolls along leisurely trails to negotiating challenging ancient volcanoes and lava flows.

My group sizes are normally no more than 12 people, however, larger group walks can be arranged upon enquiry.

We have listed separately 3 of our most popular hikes; Masca from above, The Wow Factor Walk and Amazing Anaga so please see the individual walks.

During our guided walks you will see some fantastic scenery whilst hiking in the remote and varied landscapes of our beautiful island; Tenerife. During the day there will be ample opportunities to take photographs and be given information about the geology, landscape, traditions and history etc. Typically, we will cover up to 12 km in distance with up to 600m of ascent/descent. The paths are generally of good character but sometimes rocky sections may be encountered. With picture stops and a picnic break the actual hiking tour takes approx. 5 hours. Please note that the walk parameters may differ slightly on the day according to the group's capabilities and weather conditions.

The hike was great and the scenery utterly amazing. But if I am honest, its unfortunate for me to say that I did not enjoy Andy leading as the guide. On three separate occasions, when myself and two others in the group asked questions, his responses were rude and condescending. He also bizarrely stopped us walking on several instances, not to talk about the scenery or the hike, but to irrelevantly talk about himself, which other people in the group agreed to be frustrating and odd. At the top of the hike’s summit one the soles of my boots detached, which was a big concern since we were so exposed in the heat and so far away from anywhere. Luckily another group member had some tape to temporarily fix it back to my boots, but it required us to stop and fix it again a few times. Andy didn’t ever wait for me and the 2 other ladies who helped me, which prompted them to also comment that it was weird why he would previously make us all wait to talk about himself, but not for someone on the hike who was in trouble. I also feel there should be more safety taken into account. On one very narrow path of the hike, right on a high cliff edge that was not foreseeable until you were right on it, Andy lead us right along it without warning, when its wasn’t necessary as there was an alternate path a few feet away. I’ve been on dozens of guide-led hikes all over the world, and I am well aware of what a guide should and shouldn’t do to lead a group. Unfortunately, this hike wasn’t led in a way that I feel it should have been.

Thank you Andy for a great 2 days out hiking. The booking process was easy. Pick up was punctual and the walks were beautiful. The first walk I did was Masca from above and the second was the Wow Factor. Andy knew the trails like the back of his hand and was so knowledgeable about the history, geology and nature in the different landscapes. He knew the best ways and timings to get us to absolutely amazing view points. He took some beautiful photos that were shared and kept us amused with chats and jokes along the way. I would definitely recommend guided Tenerife walks with Andy and if I’m in Tenerife again then I will be getting in touch do another hike.

The hike was great, there was amazing scenery and Andy was very knowledgeable on the local area. It was a nice easy pace and plenty of opportunities to take photos etc. I would say there were a few comments on the hike from Andy that I felt a little uncomfortable with and wouldn't have expected from a professional guide. In addition, the drive back to the hotel after the hike was not enjoyable at all. There were numerous dangerous over takes including round corners and also driving extremely close to the car in front. On this road there are many steep drops on the other side and I felt like the safety and comfort of the passengers wasn't taken into account at all. For this reason I wouldn't book again, which is a shame as the hike itself was enjoyable.

Had a great hike with Andy who led a classic hike with some breathtaking views, the weather was clear so every stage of the hike produced views that would be unlikely to match anywhere in the world, communication was first class through booking and the hike itself, wouldn’t hesitate to book again if I’m back in Tenerife again which i probably will be!

Fantastic two days with Andy, with the most stunning views and wildlife. Relaxing and stress free wouldn't have made a better choice in seeing the spectacular mountain range, forest walks, different climates, and habitat. Enjoyed lunch with a view.... Andy is full of knowledge. Andy's level of history of the island is outstanding, which makes the hikes interesting memberable.

We joined Andy for a guided hike in Tenerife, and it was hands down one of the most memorable adventures of our trip! The walk was definitely harder than we expected - a solid 10 km with a 480 m elevation gain - but thanks to Andy’s steady pace and encouragement, it felt perfectly manageable. The challenge made reaching each viewpoint even more rewarding! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. We hiked through landscapes that felt like walking on another planet - dramatic volcanic rocks, pine forests, and endless views above the clouds. Every turn of the trail brought a new “WOW” moment. 🌲☁️ Andy is a fantastic guide: professional and fun. He took us off the usual tourist paths, shared fascinating stories, and captured some great photos of our group along the way. If you want to experience the wild beauty of Tenerife in a safe, friendly and adventurous way, this hike is a must! Just wear good shoes, bring water, and get ready for a day full of spectacular views and unforgettable memories.

Fantastic hike led by Andy who is very experienced and full of local knowledge. The scenery is stunning and the three hikes we did on a two week trip really broke up the beach and pool days.
