Excellent balloon flight, poorly organised travel arrangements

4.00The pick up from Sharjah was not well organised. The driver arrived at 4.30 am not at 4.00 am . He did not know the address of the hotel and went to the rear of the hotel. We were waiting by the hotel sign at the front. He asked us for the pick up point for the balloon trip. He really gave us the impression that he did not know the way and was not using google maps. The return journey with a different driver was okay but the driver spent time texting and talking on his mobile phone which made us feel uncomfortable. The balloon trip was first rate. The pilot Nicole and all the staff at the take off site were extremely helpful and made the trip a wonderful experience.
