5.0The tour is suitable for a short stay in Hue and it encompasses all the must-see attractions of the historic city. It was very well planned and allowed us sufficient time to enjoy the sights and to capture stunning photos. Nhu was an amazing guide, with excellent English skills and an infectious sense of humor. She kept us engaged and entertained throughout the journey with stories, legends and anecdotes. She was passionate, knowledgeable and made our tour outstanding. The ride was smooth and comfortable, the car was spacious and we had an experienced driver. The AC was a welcome relief from the warm weather. A highlight of the tour was the lunch at a local restaurant specializing in Bun Bo Hue, a traditional dish renowned in the region. The perfect ending to the meal was a delightful coconut jelly dessert. One aspect worth mentioning is that you have the option to switch one of the tombs in the itinerary for a visit to a traditional garden house if you wish. There is also a short stop at a local incense shop, where you can witness how incense sticks are made and buy a souvenir if you want. The tour lasted about 6 hours, from around 8 AM to 2-3 PM. We highly recommend this tour to anyone eager to explore the history of Hue.
