Wakeup early morning, have a breakfast & start hiking in High altitude, sedimentary rocks, wonderful views of the geological scenes, this is what distinguishes the summit of Jebel Shams, which is one of the highest peaks in the Sultanate of Oman. The hike will continue for 24 km round route till reach to the summit & return back to starting point. within hike some breaks will apply to rest & drink water.

It was great trip last January 2024 with great group thanks for all who do that challenge it’s 24 km to the top summit in oman 3009 m We start at 6 am after nice camping experience And we done the all hiking around 7 pm

I highly recommend WIKITOURS to anyone seeking exceptional outdoor activities with a safe and quality service. The hike was undoubtedly tiring. Thanks to the captains Saif, Hamood, and Sulayman for making the terrain bearable and pushing our limits to successfully reach the summit.

There is nothing more surreal than going on a long hike to the incredible nature of Jabal Shams, the hike to the Summit was the perfect hike to do! Although the experience was the ultimate test of endurance., WIKITOURS team made it like a piece of cake!
