• Definitely recommended but be cautious still

  I'm not a trusting guy, so despite the reviews I had only moderately high hopes for the trip, but the tour ended up being excellent. They guided me to truly obscure places and presented knowledge and even done intriguing theories well there. They picked the most qualified people, proving an apparent competency in reading individuals from the vague information I gave them and did altogether great. The driver also let me stop at a few places to search for souvenirs. This was generous, though be warned, the prices from the vendors, primarily one of them were outrageously inflated. This was one of my only sour points on the trip, especially as with my personality, I felt to uncomfortable to really resist, but this is not on the driver. I doubt he expected this and did not catch it or my discomfort in time. Nevertheless, this is an issue of travelling which should not be seen as a fault of the service. The second sour point was that the driver encouraged me to cancel a transfer to the airport I had booked, strongly implying he was going to get me a free shuttle there. This seemed very generous, but then, the next day I was picked up by somebody who asked for payment, the exact same amount as I had cancelled for. I don't think this was arranged, though, by Jordanian mappers, as they seem to contract drivers, and it might not have even been on the driver, who perhaps had been refused by his agency, the request. I don't know, but it enraged me, as why did I cancel the first one? Nevertheless, the main part of the tour was so excellently arranged, that I would book again, without hesitation. Just be cautious when not dealing directly with the company. They will keep you secure and are probably the best in the business.

  This was my first time visiting Jordan, and the team at Jordanian Mappers made the entire trip effortless. My private itinerary covered Amman, Wadi Rum, Petra, and the Dead Sea. Every pickup was on time, every question answered instantly through WhatsApp, and every detail handled with care. Yousef and Hisham, who manage Jordanian Mappers, were outstanding. They coordinated all the arrangements, stayed connected from start to finish, and ensured every transfer went perfectly. The cars were clean, spacious, and comfortable. One even had Wi-Fi for the long drive from Amman to Wadi Rum, which was a thoughtful surprise. What made the trip special was how private and personal it felt. The car was ours alone, never shared with other guests. It genuinely felt like being driven by a friend. The drivers were kind and patient, often stopping at scenic points for photos. When a small timing issue came up, Yousef resolved it immediately and even arranged a complimentary Petra tour with a fantastic licensed guide, Sami, who made the visit memorable. The pricing was fair for the level of quality and comfort we received. If you want cheap, take a bus. But if you want to experience Jordan comfort properly, this is the way to do it. It is worth the splurge for the privacy, safety, and peace of mind. It was clear to me how well-connected Jordanian Mappers are within Jordan’s tourism community.   We booked the private driver for 3 days, Mohammed was absolutely outstanding! Nothing was too much to ask! We will certainly be back & I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of travelling to Jordan, it was our first time and our driver helped to create & make the perfect experience!

  Our experience of visiting Jordan was outstanding. The places were extremely scenic and other worldly, the people were very hospitable across the country and the Jordanian food was amazing. Jordanian cuisine is seriously underrated, the flavours were subtle but outatandingly delicious, whether it was trying out the Mansaf, Maqlouba or Mussakhan (all Jordanian specialties) or the Kunefe at the world renowned Habibah sweets or even the Jordanian tea with sage and mint or their version of coffee ( found it lighter and tastier than Turkish coffee), everything was top notch. Jordan is so much more than just visiting Petra. Though Petra is breathtakingly outstanding, the other places packed a punch to match or even outdo Petra’s might. Amman, Jerash, Dead Sea, Wadi Rum, Aqaba were all unique and picturesque in their own right. But most importantly, Jordan is amazing because of the people and their hospitality. Hisham was brilliant in arranging a car and driver throughout our stay and also helped with day tours, shopping and food recommendations at the local places. Alii our driver was super hospitable and very professional, he became a part of our family for the week we were in Amman and he went out of the way to serve us in the best way possible. In summary, Jordan was outstanding and soul stirring, will definitely visit again and would highly recommend to contact Hisham and Alii, they will make your trip truly memorable.

  Hisham was an incredible driver—kind, funny, and always accommodating. He made every ride easy and enjoyable, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. Traveling with him felt effortless, and he added so much to our trip. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better—highly recommend!

  Hisham was our driver. From pickup attge airport on Friday until drop off at the airport on Wednesday afternoon we had a wonderful experience. Driver service and tours included overnights at Dead Sea, Petra, Wadi Rum and Aqaba, with intermediary tours at Mt Nebo, Mosaic factory, Dead Sea cosmetics, Jeep Tour in Wadi Rum and glass bottom boat at Aqaba, the experience was great. I highly recommend the Jordan Mappers for those looking for a one stop shop for side tours and private car service. Jordan in its own right is a must see destination for those who want to venture out while still being pampered at some of the world's first class accommodations.   Hisham is a very nice guy, very social and super punctual. Everything was planned perfectly. He picked us up in Wadi Rum and we drove to Petra. For the return he was super punctual
