Embark on our snorkelling kayak tour and immerse yourself in an unforgettable 2.5-hour journey. Departing from our nautical area at the La Herradura Beach, we will enter the impressive Natural Park, "Los Acantilados de Maro-Cerro Gordo". Prepare to be captivated by the breathtaking cliffs, which give this park its name. These majestic cliffs are famous for their biodiversity, both terrestrial and marine.
With the utmost respect and preservation, we will enter the enchanting Cueva de la Paloma, whose ethereal beauty will captivate our senses. As we explore, we will make sure not to touch or disturb the rocks, allowing the splendid flora and fauna to flourish undisturbed.
During the tour, keep an eye out for the park's terrestrial wonders. It is not uncommon to witness the graceful crossing of mountain goats, gracefully negotiating the steep cliffs. This scenic route, accessible only from the sea, presents minimal challenges while revealing countless opportunities for unique encounters.

La Herradura
The natural park 'Los Acantilados de Cerro Gordo' is between La Herradura and Maro on the Mediterranean coast. Starting from the beach of La Herradura, The Natural Park has a surprising variety of flora and fauna, terrestrial and aquatic. Mainly accessible only from the sea, you can enjoy its many cliffs, caves, beaches, coves, rocky areas and corners of extraordinary beauty. The guided kayak tour is combined with snorkeling in the natural park. For beginners, the instructors will give an explanation of how to use kayak and snorkeling equipment so that you have the basic knowledge about the safety and concepts of both sports in order to enjoy the trip safely.

5.00Lots of rowing. Come with water. Take waterproof disposable bag to hold phone. Have nothing else. Lots of fun if done right. However town itself has no ride share service so come prepared for transportation back. Great guides

5.00Brilliant! Super friendly team who put us all at ease, they were really good with the children without patronising the teenagers, and made us feel safe. The trip itself was so much fun for everyone, perfect length, good amount of facts and letting you get on with it. The snorkeling was really great. Plus it was absolutely beautiful. Lots of great places to eat nearby too.

3.00You need to be fit, have good upper body strength and no back problems. We paddled for more than 2 hours and it was too much for me. I was bored and tired. The snorkelling would have been good but the water was freezing due to Atlantic currents. Half a trip would have been enough for me. The group was also quite spread out so if you arrived at the info point later than some you missed most of the info. Also there was no checking in by guides with participants to see if everyone was doing ok which was especially surprising given there were children in the kayaks. Wouldn’t do it again.

5.00100% recommended. we got a tour with explanations about all the historic places with a super friendly atmosphere. especially Bram who was the tour guide. He did an amazing job guiding the expedition and explained everything thoroughly. it was such a fun experience. if you like an adventure this is definitely recommended.

5.00This activity was planned as the highlight of our trip – and it definitely was! The guys who led the kayak tour were super friendly and in a great mood the whole time. Our favorite part was the snorkeling – after the effort of paddling, it was the perfect way to cool off, relax, and have some fun on a hot day.
