Our English speaking driver will pick you up from your hotel with a private air-conditioned car and assist you to explore the beauty of Uluwatu temple.

Uluwatu Temple is a sacred temple and considered as one of the island’s core spiritual pillars. Witness breath-taking ocean views, magical sunsets and experience the traditional Balinese Kecak dance. Dress up like a local and be transported to an authentic Balinese setting with your experienced guide explaining its cultural significance.

Admire the dynamic movements of dozens of dancers as they move their hands while enchanting the loud "chak". Complete the whole experience with a stunning view of the sunset over the ocean from the cliff.

Kecak & Fire dance performance will be started from 18:00PM to 19:00PM.

The dance will be performed at 18:00 - 19:00PM. you must have a seat at the stage at 17:30 - 17:45PM to make sure to get the best spot for sunset background. Optional before and end of the experience. - before entering Uluwatu temple, may visit a traditional Balinese coffee processing - end of the experience stop for dinner during on the way back to your hotel with your own expense. These two options can be skipped.

This is definitely worth seeing during your stay, however thee are lots of reviews recommending arriving early to get a good seat and attending the first dance for the sunset. We arrived early and it was so uncomfortable to sit in the heat and people were still arriving during the show so go at a sensible time also there are plenty of opportunities to see wonderful sunsets so I would recommend going to the second session so its slightly cooler when sitting you are packed in like sardines in a tin. Also go with a guide/driver as it's a nightmare to find transfers unless your on a scooter.

Surya was our best driver! He was so friendly respectful and informative, his driving was excellent. Such a nice guy. We had a great day and saw a white monkey. The show was also good except for the rain which is expected In the rainy season. Still worth the visit. Food at the restaurant was great tried local food was delicious

The monkeys are very naughty, keep everything locked away, glasses were being taken and broken. The dance was interesting to see.

Must-see, no. Fire is present 5 mins. A kind of Romeo and Juliet that is difficult to follow and that seemed repetitive to me. Also no, nice costumes, lots of songs that can end up not tired because no soundtrack. Duration 1 hour. Watch out, a lot of people. Once was enough.

Really worth doing if you are visiting Uluwatu. The temple is interesting by and in a beautiful location and you get to enjoy the monkies 🐵 The best though is the fire dance show - amazing with the vocal music and the colors and costumes of the people involved just amazing - you should go!

I booked the Uluwatu temple tour with the Kecak fire dance the day before. The process was seamless and my guide KETUT was absolutely wonderful. He immediately communicated regarding a pick up time and location at my hotel. He arrived on time with a clean air conditioned vehicle and water for the ride. He was very attentive and this immediately put my mind at ease as a solo traveler. Ketut was a great guide to have for the next 5 hours. He was always explaining things in his well practiced English and constantly on the lookout for me at the busy temple. He was a great photographer to capture the moment, and a great protector from the uluwatu temple monkeys as well. (Super bonus). He also was sure to walk me into the fire dance to be sure I got a good seat for the sure and was sure to point out the area location to meet him after. He was an absolute delight and the tour was a perfect evening to get a taste of of south Bali for the first time. I highly recommend him and Viator for your Bali visit!
Would any driver recommend Ketut Putra he knows the English language👍🏾

Surya organized a wonderful trip for us, including a visit to a coffee plantation and the Ramayana Kecak Fire Dance at sunset in Uluwatu Temple. Everything was smooth and well-planned—we had great seats, stunning views, and learned so much about Balinese culture. Truly an unforgettable experience, highly recommended!
