Experience a full-day tour to witness the beauty of the Canadian Rockies in winter. Start your day with a pick-up from Calgary, Canmore, or Banff.

Moraine Lake: this strikingly turquoise-blue Moraine lake sits in the Valley of the Ten Peaks. The most stunning turquoise lake where you have to see it with your own eyes.

Lake Minnewanka: is the largest lake in Banff. It is shaped like a reverse S and it is the longest and deepest lake in Banff National Park, which is 150 meters deep at its deepest point. You will cross nearly half of the 22-kilometer lake during the one-hour cruise.

Lake Louise: a glacial lake within Banff National Park. Its vivid turquoise waters have earned a worldwide reputation and the Victoria Glacier is the majestic mountain backdrop.

Peyto Lake: It is shaped like a wolf’s head. The lake gets its stunning blue color from the glacial rock flour that flows into it from the surrounding Peyto Glacier. In winter, it is covered in snow is a sight worth seeing.

Stunning scenery; minibus, so trip was much more personal; the company were very helpful with pre, during and post trip queries and information; very kind, friendly and caring driver/guide. Wing was our driver and, as he only had a small group, he picked us up directly from our hotel rather than the scheduled one in Banff. He was very kind and caring regarding my minor mobility problems and was there to help at every stage. Wing was knowledgeable about the beautiful scenery throughout the trip and, after consulting us travellers, and with our agreement, tailored the latter part of the trip to make it the best possible experience for us. Lake Louise and Emerald Lake were stunning as were the other lakes he took us to. He was a great spotter of wildlife. And he was a great photographer too, happily agreeing to take snaps of us at these wonderful locations. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip which surpassed our expectations and do not hesitate to recommend this company and Wing too.

My friends came over from the US to Canada and I was wondering how to give them a once and a lifetime tour to BANFF and the surrounding areas. I stumbled upon this tour from Viator and immediately booked it. Mind you, I have been a fan of Viator since 2019. This is where I booked all my tours everywhere in the world where viator is available. They are very easy to deal with. After booking they texted me right away to enquire how much luggage we have and because I asked them if we can get off at BANFF from Calgary, they said no problem, but there’s an extra fee for that and I understand so I said that it was okay. The day prior to the tour they texted me to remind me of the time they’re picking us up from the hotel (and Ray was on time) and the extra reminder of the tour (e.g. what shoes to wear and all that stuff). One of our itineraries is hiking to Peyto Lake, my friends and I are not ready to walk on an icy path. First my friends are from California and there is no snow in their area. But the guide was equipped with ice cleats we are very thankful that we could still see the beauty of Peyto Lake even though the lake was still frozen. Our tour ends with hot cocoa and some goodies. Hats off to our guide named Ray, an exceptional tour guide when embodies the perfect coolness, helpfulness and kindness, he expertly curated the tour but because Lake Moraine is still close, he took us to Emerald Lake and Kicking Horse in BC instead. His outstanding attitude makes him highly recommendable.

William our driver/ tour guide was fab! He pointed out all of the sights to see as we passed them as well as gave us some facts. He went out of his way to add an extra couple stops along the way and was very accommodating. He ensured we knew where to go at various stops and also took AMAZING photos of us together :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had a lovely day, scenes were stunning and amazing and our tour guide Tommy was excellent and made the day even more memorable.
