  Fabulous tour with Azri as a very knowledgeable guide and the brilliant captain steering through tricky channels Azri was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about preserving the environment and natures balance. Saw lots of wildlife up close in the mangroves and a great ride back at speed through the Andaman sea

  We did a tour of the mangroves booked through our hotel The Danna. It was an excellent experience; I felt safe on the boat with our guide Azri and the captain, and there was a clear emphasis on respecting nature and the environment, which I appreciated. Our guide Azri was very knowledgeable and ensured that the excursion remained interesting at all times; we saw lots of interesting nature and I learnt a lot about Malaysia and its geology. Overall I thoroughly recommend this excursion provided by Jungle Walla.

  A very interesting and beautiful tour through the Geopark. Azri was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

  The highlight of our time on Langkawi. Jien our guide was delighted to share with us his expertise on birds, mangroves, bats, mud skippers and crabs. Thoroughly engaging and recommended. Junglewalla are a company that do not feed the sea eagles or monkeys, and Jien explained that chicken skin is bad for the eagles and monkeys can get diabetes from the bananas thrown to them. Please take a tour with them or another eco-tour and don’t get led onto the other overflowing boats.

  We enjoyed the birdwatching tour so much that we wanted to do another activity with junglewalla. If you fancy having an experience where you learn about langkawi with a company that cares about the wellbeing of the island, junglewalla is the best choice. We did the cruise route with our guide Rodhi, you could see his passion for nature in the way he told us like everything. We were able to learn how Langkawi was formed, the importance of its mangroves and the fauna that inhabit it. He answered all our questions. If we return to Malaysia we will repeat with junglewalla!

  We took the UNESCO Geopark Mangrove Cruise Tour today and can absolutely recommend it. Our group consisted of 8 people and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Rodhiah was our guide and used her vast knowledge to calmly teach and show us everything. She placed great emphasis on treating nature and animals with respect. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience!

  I completely agree with Rosie Charhalla’s review at Google. We had an amazing experience this morning on the shared tour with our Guide, Wan Rodhiah and our captain, Mee. The tour was in a small group, so it felt personal and relaxed. It was incredibly informative and clearly explained - we truly appreciated their knowledge and guidance. We learned a lot about mangroves, and Rodhiah took the opportunity during low tide to go on land with us and show and explain the most important things about the mangrove ecosystem. We also learned about limestone forests and many other fascinating aspects of the area. During the tour, we saw walking fish, fishing eagles, monkey families (we made sure not to feed them) and even some special birds. We also kept an eye out for snakes, though we didn’t see any. We are very grateful for all the insights we received and for the respectful way we were shown these beautiful spots.   Me and my friend had an amazing time on this tour with the best guide Jien. For us a perfect length (2,5h). We saw a bunch of animals and got very good information about flora and fauna form the guide. It was great value for the money, would do it again! Really recomend and we appreciated that there was no animal-feeding.
