3.00Our entire trip with our tour guide, Junaidi was enjoyable and funny. He kept us busy and entertained us throughout the trip. In one beach he even became our professional photographer. He was very accommodative and supportive even during our snorkelling and was with me all the time as we are beginners in swimming. But one point not to be missed out which we felt worth mentioning is the lunch served at the shack and their hygiene. The wooden table was really dirty and shabby and lot of flies were there. Cats and dogs were roaming around us and even the cats were climbing up the table. Even the plates and dishes which we were served food , were very dirty and unhygienic. Also the food quality was average and beer was served at 8$ to 9$ ,which is not worth in this kind of place. Looked like a monopoly business which these tour companies should avoid with such dirty shacks. Also advise not to swim in the pink beach , though you can enjoy there walking around.

5.00It was raining so I decided for tour around Lombok instead. Driver was excellent in where to go and what to see. I am so glad it rained even though it turned out differently. Had a A+ experience with Mustafa. Ask for him. It was great!!!!!

5.00Absolutely outstanding experience! The team was incredibly professional and accommodating. I had made a mistake with my booking dates, but they kindly rescheduled and even customized the tour just for me — at no extra cost. I ended up with a private tour including both boat and car, which was a wonderful surprise. We visited unique desert islands and pearl farms that weren’t originally part of the itinerary, and even got to explore a secluded beach that most tourists never see. It felt truly special and off the beaten path. A quick note about the pink sand itself: it’s not a bright pink, but rather a beautiful mix of white sand and crushed red coral. When the sun is low, especially during sunrise or sunset, the beach takes on a soft pinkish hue that’s magical. Recommended for anyone looking for a personalized and memorable adventure in Lombok!

5.00I had a great experience with this tourist agency. I booked my first excursion through trip advisor and subsequent tours with my guide. The staff was extremely personable and responsive they even took me to the airport on my last day. I would highly recommend this agency for all tours in Lombok.

5.00Firstly at upmost we wish to thank the team that took us out on our day trip, they were so friendly, helpful, polite and fantastic! They most certainly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great day, they even stopped for us at the supermarket afterwards to allow us to buy snacks for the hotel later that night. 5 out of 5 thank you Amira and Sandy and the driver , a great team!.

5.00The tour is a mix of snorkelling and relaxing on the beach. Wonderful snorkelling where you see colorful tropical fish and corals, we also managed to see a baby shark. And the beautiful white beaches

5.00Great excursion with not much tourists around, closer to the true and traditional Lombok. Don't expect chinny resorts or boats. If you want a real experience this is the right place!

5.00My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. We had the boat to ourselves which we weren't expecting. The tour staff were excellent and very efficient, especially our guide Yana who we had a great time chatting to, she was very friendly with superb English. The 'pink beach' is not pink but regardless, it was a fantastic trip and the coral reefs were spectacular, we even got to see a sea turtle. Lots of food was provided and the transport was well run. Would definitely recommend this tour provider.

5.00The trip was amazing: Nining and Mr Sam organised it very well. They picked me up from my hotel and drove to the port. Though it was cloudy to start with, we hit the major spots at the right time with plenty of time for snorkeling, lunch and walking on the beaches. I would recommend this trip if you want to explore quieter and beautiful beaches in the south east of Lombok .
