1.00When we tried to enter, security scanned the tickets and told us that we had been scammed, and that the tickets had already been used. We had to purchase new tickets inside the Louvre. Stay away from this scam.

1.00There was a complete lack of clear information, support, and organization on their part, which meant we were unable to use the tickets we had purchased. This incident didn’t just ruin our planned visit to one of the world’s most iconic museums — it completely ruined our day emotionally. We had no choice but to demand a refund due to this unacceptable experience.
