5.00Carin is a wonderful guide. She met us at the hotel and then led a comfortable 2 hour city walk. Showed us places we would have missed and gave good blend of history and contemporary notes. She provided her cell for follow up on dinner or other suggestions. EXCELLENT.

1.00Our guide did not show up for the tour. No one contacted us from Viator. It is impossible to contact Viator when this happens. You have to use a 3rd party service. If you book a private tour with a guide through Viator make sure you have contact information in advance
