• Booking the ride- We gather details such as- Time Date Pickup/ drop off location Type of service ( airport transfers, corporate, city tours) Number of passengers prefered vehicle (SUV, Sprinter Van, Sedan) A confirmation is promptly sent via email or text. •Day of Service- The chauffeur arrives 10-15 minutes early, professionally dressed and with the vehicle spotless and ready. *For airport pickups: We track flight arrival time and adjust accordingly, A name sign can be provided for meet and greet. * Chauffeur helps with luggage, confirms the destination and ensures passenger comfort. * Water and other amenities are available. *Upon arrival, the chauffeur ensure safe unloading of luggage and confirms any further asistence needed. * Receipt and invoices will be sent via email, that should be paid before the ride ends.
