  My guide was Mauro, extremely personable, friendly guide, was able to answer everyone’s questions clearly and help us gain a better understanding of Machu Picchu. I Plan on telling my friends about this agency and how surreal the entire experience was. Thank you

  We had a wonderful time. Everything was well organized. Door to door service. Jorge was excellent guide and gave us lit of knowledge about macha pichu and cuaco. Everyone in our group of 6 had a blast. I give them 5 star and highly recommend.

  First we purchased a full tour on 04/14/25, however I received a call requesting to change to the 04/13/15 so we accepted, however the tour was incomplete it ended early then they sent us to take the train to wait for 2 plus hours, we called the merchant to request a full tour and he stated that not his problem, in addition they were late to pick us up from our location, late to pick us up from the train and lastly they were late again to pick up to take us to the hotel so late that we had to take a taxi since our tour bus was 30 minutes late again so I want my money back.

  Mauro was exceptional. He was very fluent in the history of Machu Picchu, and he took exceptional care of me and my father. He took phenomenal photos, and he made me feel taken care of. I am so pleased to meet him, and I am thankful for experiencing the trip of a lifetime with him.
