  Incredible experience. Bus pick up from hotel to train, train to town at foot of Machu and bus up to Machu. Salas Quispi Mauro was incredible. Great knowledge and care for us.

  Execellent tour all pick ups and guides were on time and very knowledgable , great day out be prepared for a long day but its well worth it . The scenery from the train was breath taking as well as Machu Picchu its self . Don't forget to get your passport stamped.

  They couldn’t provide the tour for the date. That part is okay, but they still haven’t refunded my money and are giving me a hard time about it. I wouldn’t trust them. Viator has not helped yet either.

  The short version: avoid this tour, there are far better options out there. I booked this trip for my mother who had wanted to visit Machu Picchu for a very long time. I have also visited the site before so the itinerary looked good from previous travel. Unfortunately, the actual experience was far from ideal. Starting the morning of the tour, the pick up was significantly delayed because the tour company went to the wrong hotel, even though the correct hotel was specified in the initial booking. The train journey towards Machu Picchu was disorganized and it was difficult to know which train was the correct one to board which as you can imagine adds some undue stress. The main complaint here is the tour guide himself. My mother was placed with a tour guide that was barely knowledgeable about the site. He provided very little narration and what little he did clearly came from a booklet of basic facts anyone could find in a quick Google search. On top of this he came ill prepared and actually asked my mother if she would buy sunscreen so she could share it with him. This is high unprofessional and makes me question the type of people this company hires as guide. I've done a lot of tours on this platform and recommended plenty to friends and family as well. This is the first time I'm seriously considering asking for a refund because the experience was not worth it at all. If you are reading this, spend your money elsewhere.
