I'm only given this a one because zero is not an option. This tour was a disaster from start to finish. First, the time was changed from 9 to 930 the night before, but that was not a big deal. Next, there were not clear instructions on where to meet the tour. Therefore, my group and most of the other groups were searching for the tour guide. Then, the tour was overbooked. There was one couple that had a ticket, but we're not on the list and they kept insisting that the couple hire a taxi to follow behind the bus at their own expense. The couple refused (good for them). We ended up finally leaving almost an hour late with no tour guide. We met up with the tour guide who was very difficult to understand. The tour was cut short and there was no time to eat lunch even though we were gone from 9 AM until 3:30 PM. I would definitely not recommend this to her.

Went on the Taormina and Savoca tour with my best friend during our little vacation, and honestly, it was such a good day out. Serena was right on time, and knew a lot without making it boring.

As a family on a cruise, our shore excursion to savoca and taormina was an absolute highlight of our trip to Sicily. The tour was easy to follow and got us back to our ship on exact time.

Sofia knew loads about the places without making it feel like a history lecture. I'll say it's a solid way to see Sicily without any hassle, because people are available to take care of these kind of stress.

Just wanted to say we had a totally great time. Everything was convenient like getting picked up right there and dropped back off. Some areas can be improved but there are no major drawbacks.
