Taormina

Taormina, a typical Sicilian city, where it is possible to take Corso Umberto (ancient Roman road) which leads to the center of Taormina where you can admire the huge square overlooking the sea. Walking through the streets of Taormina there are many characteristic and ancient places as well as the famous Greek Theater of Taormina. After the excursion to Taormina we go to see one of the most beautiful viewpoints, called the Balcony, from which you can admire the splendid beach of Isola Bella.

Originally we booked only the transport service from Viking, glad we decided to cancel that and went with this tour. Castelmola was amazing, small but unique, we like it better than Taormina. Taormina was too commercialized. Our tour guide, Yana, was very nice, she accompanied us in Taormina even during our free time just to make sure we wouldn't get lost.

Very happy with Coppola. Great transportación. Very profesional, knowledgeable and attentive during our day visit. Nicola gave us a complete tour around and Lillo, his guide, was a great explaining the different stops we made and its history. We highly recommend Coppola tours.

We had a wonderful day! The scenic drives, touring the city and seeing the beach and churches were a wow! I definitely recommend this tour. Nicola and Angelica were very knowledgeable, kind and patient. If we return, I would contact them for another tour. Worth every penny.

It was a beautiful experience with Nicola and the tour guide, both very kind and funny! We discovered a lot of things about Sicily, we ate typical food and saw wonderful landscapes! It was our first time here in Italy and we wanted to feel like true Sicilians and that’s what happened with them! I suggest you to come and try this tour!

The tour was so awesome & I can’t wait to come back to Sicily to see more in the future! The bar was so fun! We got to see beautiful views in Castelmola and had a few hours of free time in Taormina. Our driver & guide were both great & I would recommend them to everyone! One person in our group has mobility concerns & they were very accommodating to ensure that all of us were good throughout our time together. Thank you for showing us these beautiful places!

Excellent tour! Would highly recommend this tour. One of the stops was a bar with sampling of wine and cannolis. Our son had a severe peanut allergy and wasn’t able to have the sample cannoli however they went out of their way to bring us to a place and communicated with the owner so that he was able to eat a peanut free cannolis. Also, at the end we were given Arancino and Pidone at a local spot. So delicious!! Excellent experience! Highly recommended!

Loved the to and such a beautiful place to visit. Our guide was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable and very accommodating. We were able to see so much and really glad we booked this tour!

Brilliant private tour with Necola. Took us to a great little bar in Castlmola for a cannoli and an aperitif. Dropped us off in Taormina for a couple of hours and picked us up bang on time. Then a granita at the finish. Friendliest guide we’ve ever had. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend them.
