  The Viator apps showed only one meeting point address in 355 av. Diagonal in text and picture at 830am when pressing the meeting and direction menu. Definitely we missed the tour even we arrived there at 8am because the starting point was on another location not mentioned at the Viator Apps and my voucher. After contacting world experience agency nearby directly and also Viator support team with gchat messages, nothing was resolved but have to wait for a Possible refund from the tour operator. Viator cannot even book me a similar trip next day because it was Viator apps mistake. I used the same Viator apps for my yesterday tour in Barcelona and I followed the same instructions and it went well. I am very surprised that Viator couldn’t resolve the problem quickly and reschedule us similar trip for tomorrow. I just hope I can get my 300 plus dollars back.

• Worth the Bus Ride

  While there are long bus rides, it is worth it. Montserrat has a wonderful museum, which should not be missed. Giorno was stunning, and that it was where the Game of Thrones, the town of bravos, was filmed. It was nice knowing that Costa bravo became a tourist attraction due to Ava Gardner and Frank Sinatra.

  Lucas & Jordi did a great job shepherding us thru 3 fantastic stops. They were knowledgeable & English was perfect. So lucky to have had great weather. I’m a picky eater so if I did this again I would do lunch on my own vs the expensive pre selected meal.

  Fantastic tour with Carlos and Jimena! Such an amazing day going from the mountains to the sea! Our guides were great at providing lots of info about each stop and keeping everything organized and moving! So wonderful to see the incredible Montserrat, to explore Girona with all its medieval charm, and Tossa de Mar on Costa Brave was breathtaking with its gorgeous overlooks of the sea and beautiful towers and beaches. Highly recommend this tour!

  Oscar the driver did an excellent job. Seat spacing on the bus is a bit tight for anyone taller (leg room). Our guides Roger and Isabell are very knowledgeable and friendly. All three stops are very interesting. A great day out of the city! A must do trip!
