  The tour was an amazing experience! The service was excellent, and our guide Kadek Dwika was outstanding—so knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. Everything was well-organized, and I truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended! Absolutely loved this Jeep tour! Our guide, Dedik was fantastic—very friendly, and an excellent photographer. The service was top-notch from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

  What an awesome experience, an incredible sunrise overlooking the mountains and lake followed by the jeep /suzuki adventure to the black lava rocks! Our driver to and from the meeting point, Jero Kadek, was great and accomodating as well as our Jeep adventure driver Bimas who was a lot of fun and took plenty of photos of our experience! Would definitely recommend

  From the start we were picked up promptly from our hotel by Sorya. Sorya was super friendly and helpful and the transfer was a fun and safe experience. Our jeep driver and tour guide Adi was just as great he took amazing photos of us too during the sunrise which was such a bonus! The sunrise was breathtakingly beautiful and may even be the highlight of our trip. The hot springs was absolute bliss especially after the cold from being up the mountain for a couple of hours and on the back of the jeep.   A bit cold over there in the morning, but the views from the mountain were great! Everything was on time, driver picked us up right from our villa.

  Found a Google Maps review company looking for Jeep tours to Batur. Quickly agreed on the price and date via WhatsApp , chatted with the manager, after which he said that we would be texted by the driver. The Jero driver texted us, specified the time and place, then picked us up at 3:30 a.m. at the hotel. The road is long enough, but he was very comfortable in the car. The road is rocky because of the constant altitude variations. At the pick-up point, we had tea and were intercepted by Liong in a jeep. There was a lot of shaking and it was fun enough. We arrived a little early, so we were able to get some good seats upstairs. Very cool driver! Liong took a lot of photos, helped us illuminate the flashlight until dawn. The dawn itself was not the best because of the clouds, but even the view of the mountain in the clouds was definitely worth it! Afterwards, we drove into a field of frozen magma and the driver agreed to wait until there were fewer cars and better photos could be taken. Then we drove to the lake, where we were able to take another walk and a photo. After that, we were left at the hot springs (we didn't want to swim), where Jero picked us up again. On the way back to the hotel, we stopped by a coffee shop where we didn't buy anything, but it's a mandatory part of the routes here. Also at our request, the driver stopped at the Subak Pulagan, where they were able to take wonderful photos. We had an interesting chat with Jero and Liong about the culture and life of the locals. Thanks to the company for the cool people working on the tours!

  Ridho picked me up at 3.30am and we drove to Mt Batur, where Saka took over and drove the Jeep up to the viewing point. He helped me take photos and took me to the black lava field. Then we went back down and Ridho took me to a coffee plantation and breakfast. He was very kind and helpful and took me back to the hotel early as I didn't want to swim in the hot springs.   Great experience seeing the sunrise at Mount Batur. Our guides Leon and Garis were awesome. Pickup/drop off from the hotel was efficient. Ending at the hot springs was a nice way to end an early morning.

  A great adventure, challenged by the weather and recovered by our guides. Tekila was our driver and made sure we got where we needed to be safely, he was great with the banter with my teens and made the drive move quickly. Dedik gave us a great ride up the Mountain, having the area to ourselves was priceless. Thanks both for a great day.
