  Guide was super lovely and went above and beyond to help me sort out a taxi afterwards. Nice to have a hot coffee and breakfast up the mountain. Would recommend 🙂

• Amazing views at the top

  This was one of the main trips we wanted to do on our honeymoon, it was a very early start! at 2:15am! and a long drive to the foot of Batur where we met our guide Sary. The hike in the dark was hard, very steep in places and took about 3 hours to reach the summit. But all thanks to Sary we made it in time! She was so full of encouragement and helped every step of the way, we made it to the top in time for an incredible sunrise! Breakfast was a yummy banana sandwich and a boiled egg cooked in volcanic steam washed down with a cup of hot tea, it’s chilly at the top! Amazing sense of achievement, made the views at the top even more special. We would highly recommend this trip to Bali visitors but beware that the hike is hard in places.

  The hike was a tad more difficult than I had expected but well worth it once I reached the top. Watching the sun rise from up high was so beautiful. Our guide was awesome. I really enjoyed the hot springs.

  Manwiss was simply the best guide!!! Wow - what an incredible adventure hiking up Mt. Batur. Manwiss did a great job guiding us in the wee hours of the morning and getting us to the top in time for the stunning sunrise. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the amazing experience you provided. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I will cherish forever. The hike itself was breathtaking, both physically and metaphorically. The rugged beauty of the terrain, the stunning views of the sunrise, and the sense of accomplishment as we reached the summit—it all exceeded our expectations. Your encouragement, patience, and support throughout the climb were invaluable, especially during the more challenging sections. The sunrise from the top of Mount Batur was truly magical. The vibrant hues painting the sky, the serene atmosphere, and the panoramic vistas—it was a moment of pure awe and wonder. Moreover, I appreciated your attention to my wife’s safety and ensuring she was able to scale the 1512ft elevation. Thank you for the remarkable experience of hiking up Mount Batur.
