5.00Arranging on line was easy. Extremely organized. It was great that we got a phone call the day before to confirm. Cheryl at tour desk at Marriott Falls View and Spa was a delight. Pick up at hotel was perfect. John, our tour guide was amazing. He had the best personality and made the adventure informative and fun. Highly recommend!!!!

1.00It wouldn’t let me leave zero stars. I received reminders up until the meeting time. I was at the meeting point early. No one showed up. I contacted Magnificent Niagara Falls Tours and they at first said they had no record of my reservation, contacted the manager and then they said I cancelled (I didn’t) I asked for a refund and they said I would have to go through Viator. I contacted Viator and they said my reservation was valid and the issue was with Magnificent. After much back and forth I did get a refund. By then it was too late to book anything on my own and this was out first (and probably last) time at the falls. I wasted most of my one and only day with this. Awful experience. So my rating is Zero. Point. Zero.

3.00The boat, tour guide (Tony), air con on the bus, laving your bag on the bus and just having everything organised was all great. I would not bother with ‘journey behind the falls’ - it really stretches the word ‘journey’ to its limit, quite disappointing
