3.00Although the experience on the Maid of the Mist was exciting and fun, the actual walking tour was less than what was expected. Our guide only conversed with people in the front of the group. He really didn’t give out a lot of information regarding the sites in the park… never addressed the whole group, so it was difficult for the people in the back of the group to know where to go and find out what they were looking at and where to meet. He needed a megaphone or something that would help him project his voice to the back of the group during the tour, as well as when entering and leaving the boat. The walking tour was a waste of money. We as a family would not recommend it.

2.00The cost to do the boat ride is $32. The walking tour was informative but not worth the extra $25. I am not sure if you went on a busy day if you get to skip the line, and if so that may be worth it. The $60 a person that we paid was not worth it to us.
