  I was excited about the tour. For starters we got started pretty late (45 min). They handed out flashlight, which were not great. Some were but about half were bad. The boat got stuck 4-5 times. There were 4 boats in the river and I didn’t see any of the other boats get stuck. Our guides had to get out and push our boat each time. We saw a few birds a lot of bull frogs. Then we saw one small caimans. And a few small crocodiles. It seemed like our guide was chatting with people in the back of the boat rather than looking for animals. When we finally headed back to the starting point they went at double the speed. G My wife spotted a bigger caiman, raccoons and we think an otter. But we we going too fast to have time to see them or get a picture. . When we got back the guide asked if we wanted the dinner. The 5 in our party said no thanks since it didn’t look like any where to actually have dinner. At that point we just wanted to head back to where we were staying

  The boat ride in the mangroves was fun and our guide was great at finding animals in the dark such as a big snake and a sloth. I only have positive things to say about this part of the tour. So 5 stars. I was extremely dissatisfied with the dinner offered at local lunch counter. For the money I paid I was expecting a nice sit down dinner offered fish. I give the dinner experience 1 star- it was not good at all.

• We had a very nice dinner after seeing crocodiles, alligators, stake birds and bullfrogs!

  Rodollfo was super attentive and has an excellent eye for spotting the fauna.😄 The captain extremely skilled and with a good eye. Bullfrogs, basilisks and even a stork.

  Had a great time with Kenneth! We saw a bat, kinkajou, kingfishers, a cayman and the fastest two toed sloth I’ve ever seen! Highly recommend taking the night tour!

  Kenneth was a great host and tour guide providing information about all of the animals we saw and telling us all about the different animal and insects species and Costa Rica! It was a great time, 10/10 recommend to any animal lover :)

  The host and captain were both very jolly and professional. We saw lots of animals and birds. We saw a frog and crocodile as well as a heron, kingfisher and iguana.

  Anderson was a wonderful guide and very knowledgeable. We were able to spot frogs, birds, caimans, and many other animals with his expert eyes. He even tried to find a sloth for us because we were trying to see one! Thank you Enderson for a great experience! We will definitely try to return to experience more of Costa Rica! You made our trip!
