Northern Lights Midnight Adventure is a hunt for Iceland’s magical but elusive Northern Lights. Many visitors travel to Iceland to see the Northern Lights but don’t know where to look.
On this tour you travel in a comfortable, heated minibus while your guide searches for the best location to view the Northern Lights. Your guide will also explain the science of how the Northern Lights display occurs.
When or if the Northern Lights appear, your guide will offer to take photos for all participants, so you don’t have to bring a professional camera or be a professional photographer to join this tour. This tour is an ideal opportunity to get the most of your time in Iceland.
Northern Lights are natural phenomenon and sightings cannot be guaranteed.

5.00Our tour guide Tomas was wonderful. He helped educate us about the Northern Lights and he also talked about Iceland history.. Tomas explained early on we would have to be patient sometimes you see the NL sometimes you don’t, no guarentee. We DID end up seeing the lights in three different locations. Tomas was great, taking photos, he had all of us laughing, very friendly and good with the teens joking about their photo for their profile. . He never made us feel rushed, always giving us plenty of time to soak the experience in. I would also like to compliment the company in general, communication was great, pick up was right on time. The sharing of the license plate was so helpful as many many tours go on at the same time. Thank you for a great experience.

5.00After a few nights of cancellations, we had the most amazing experience! Siggie was amazing and so knowledgeable! It was our last opportunity to aw them. They put on a vibrant intense show for over a hour! I can’t say enough good things about this tour! Also communications was great! Thank you Siggie for an amazing night!

5.00Amazing way to experience the Northern Lights! Perfect size very comfortable mini bus so you won't be over crowded. Really insightful knowledge from the guide Siggy, who went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. He found all the perfect places to see the Northern Lights in a spot that wasn't an over crowded car park! So not only did I get some amazing photos of the lights but also the landscape. The hot chocolate was delicious. Not only did we see the lights but also learned loads about them and got to ask lots of questions about Iceland. 100% would recommend this tour.

5.00Arrived in Iceland an hour earlier, saw the lights on the bus into town but was comfortable knowing I had this tour.. Despite the guides best efforts, and visiting some stunning locations, the sky wouldnt play again. Just as he had dropped off some guests already, they came and he quickly whizzed us off to one of his fave locations where we spent the next 30 mins in heaven. There are no guarantees with the lights, but if you book with these, then they will be found, even if at the end of a long cold night.

5.00Siggi is not only extremely knowlegeable, but also.. so very, very, very passionate about what he does. He is able to engage, entertain and share information in a way that inspires us to learn more and explore the lights on our own. The entire Northern lights midnight tour is one of the best tours I've been on and would highly recommend, in fact, I'd insist that you book with this small company. The warm hot chocolate, the amazing dancing lights and the beautiful photos snapped by Siggi is no doubt a night to remember and cherish forever. Thank you for making our dreams come true!! We cannot asked for a better experience to have on our honeymoon!! Other notes: - Note 1: The timing of the tour is prompt and accurate. They will contact you to provide a pick up time with +/- 5 minutes.. how crazy is that? Other companies will give you a much larger time frame and often go beyond that. - Note 2: Free retry if you do not get to see the lights in the first attempt. The first night of tour was led by Tomas who was also an amazing tour leader. Very funny and engaging, made the night super fun despite not being able to catch the lights. We rebooked for a second night (the very next night). The process was easy and efficient, and led us to meeting Siggi on the second night. 5.00Our guides took us to so many places to find the lights. They were light chasers determined to find us the lights and we went to 4 places or so and they took professional pictures for us when we finally found them. Highly recommend!

4.00Awesome experience. I had to go twice to see them. No problems and quick scheduling of the retry by trip operator. Guide was very good in making the best experience for us. However after we saw the lights kind of dragged the tour for hours. Considering the tour was late at night and next day early tours it was unnecessary. I can say it was a true searching for Northern lights experience.

5.00Very professional company. Tomas was a wonderful guide and you can tell he is very passionate about finding the northern lights to create special memories for his clients. We booked this tour for my mom's 65th birthday and we had the most spectacular lights. The hot cocoa and professional photos are much appreciated. Highly recommend!
