I am the owner of a olive groves in the countryside. I will show you all the process about the olive oil, in Cordoba City. And you will learn a lot of things about Cordoba and non tourist life, and of course about the olive oil.
We will do a 10 stop to explain about organic groceries, one tradicional market, the street of tribute of the bread, the street of Olive Oil, the Club of Jewellers, the vinegar street, old advertisement in the wines from the Montilla-Moriles D.O. After, we will move to the area where in the past the majority of people was trader of species, focus in peppers.
You will taste 7 differents olive oils (differents varieties, and different Denomination of Origen, and after. We will do the Miller Breakfast.

4.00This is a quaint, local experience. We were the only 2 guests on our booking date. The market is small and the tasting is within a personal apartment, lower level. The olive oils were fabulous and generously poured !! Breakfast is just tea or coffee with olives. Guide had good knowledge of the olive oils.

5.00This was a unique highlight of my trip to Spain. The guide knew the olive oil business inside and out, explained the varieties of trees, when and how olives are picked and processed to create many different flavors and undertones. She was a great teacher and it was fun!
