Visit the most important monuments of Córdoba on a 3,5 h - 4 hour guided tour to learn more about the Christian, Muslim and Jewish influence in the city.
Important note: Due to renovations, interior rooms at the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos are closed. The visit will include the historic gardens, the Columbus monument, and the Caliphal Baths — a unique space reflecting the splendour of Córdoba’s Islamic past.
Skip the long lines to the 8th-century Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba and marvel at its forest of columns and double arches. Admire the mihrab (apse) of the former mosque, and then take a stroll through the Jewish Quarter to visit the Arabic market and bronze statue of the medieval Sephardic philosopher, Maimonides.
End with a tour inside the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, one of the primary residences of Isabella I of Castile and Ferdinand II of Aragon.

Positive: Our guide was very kind. Negative: This tour was almost too informative, the amount of talking was extreme. We never had the chance to just look around, everyone felt they had to stay glued to the guide standing in one spot. Also one of the attractions was under construction, one entire building and one all of the fountains (which is a big part of that one), so we still pay full price to see.... some hot so so gardens. I love gardens but these were not the reason for that visit and definitely not worth going for just for the garden's sake. So... full price seems unfair. I honestly cannot recommend this tour. I think unless you are an Extreme history buff, this is not for you.

The guide was knowledgeable, but this tour is badly misrepresented. The Alcazar is completely closed for restoration, and the listing on Viator and the Oway website still includes an hour inside, including admission fees. This is false advertising.Instead, you stand outside the building and hear a description, and take a short walk through some very minor gardens (also under construction). They sent a message the day before, too late to cancel for refund, that the Alcazar is closed and instead are including the baths. They are a very minor site, not very interesting, and the admission here is not equivalent to the Alcazar. Also, a more minor point, they do not have any over ear headset options for individuals wearing hearing aids. They said “we used to have those, but they were all stolen”.

Alcazar being closed was not expected when we initially booked. It’s Is closed until further notice. It’s a very informative tour but it’s quite content heavy and a little dry.

I have long thought this was a key “bucket list” for me and it surpassed my expectations. The Mesquita is overwhelming, really, a forest of intricate columns and arches as you know and breathtaking Moorish architecture, with the beautiful Catholic Rennsisane/Baroque cathedral plunked down in the middle of it. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and made historical sense of it all in a very engaginh way. Great experience!

This tour was an excellent way to see the main attractions in Cordoba in a morning . After meeting our guide and collecting our ear phone we set off on foot .First to the Alcázar gardens which were beautiful. The building is closed for renovation so we moved on to the Hammam all the while learning interesting facts about the history of the city buildings and people . Onto the narrow winding streets of the Jewish quarter where we visited a historic synagogue. Comfort breaks were interspersed through out the tour .Finally the Mosque/Cathedral Mesquita was absolutely breathtaking. Iam so pleased I took this tour and Ruth was an informative warm and friendly guide .
