    Our experience was the PERFECT way to experience the warmth and simplicity of Lecce and Italian cooking. From start to finish, the lesson was organized and smooth and fun! Our instructor was able to keep the process flowing nicely even when we needed extra assistance rolling our pasta (with kindness and humor and expertise). The wine pairings and pasta that we helped to craft could not have been better. We are so glad we were able to enjoy this experience as part of our time in Lecce. ❤️

    This cooking class was delightful. We had a lovely group, including people like my friend and me from the states as well as some young Italian women. The class was informative and lots of fun. We ate the pasta we made, drank some wine and had a little cake to finish the meal. Highly recommend!

    This was a great time and very educational. They are generous with the wine from start to finishing your lunch of home made pasta. It is well organized and the entire team pitches in to make it all come together. I highly recommend this.

    Book this now! It was truly awesome to cook and learn with Elaina. Truly amazing lady forging the way in Lecce. She taught me how to make orecchiette pasta with no eggs. She understands and is passionate and is govermebt trained and certified. I had so much fun sipping, cooking, creating and learning I will take back to my restaurant. Book it!
