We meet in Lecce at BALU' Bistrot Shop, in the heart of the old town. Balu's cooking team will teach students in English how to make a pasta dough from scratch step by step following simple instructions. While making the pasta, your cooking coach will teach you how to make a dough just using simple technicques and three ingredients only. From arrival to tasting the Pasta that we make in the class, you will taste Balu's selection of wines and local foods.

5.00I highly recommend this cooking class in the center of historical Lecce. My friends and I loved our beautiful and enthusiastic teacher chef Yliani. She inspired us with her knowledge gleaned from many years of study beginning with her beloved Nonna. Following the lesson we enjoyed our pasta accompanied by several types of organic wines, bruschetta and biscotti. .

5.00Wonderful experience in Lecce learning how to make orecchiette pasta! Though the dough we created can also be used for any pasta shape we desire later. We got to try several types of local Salento wines, snacked on some cheeses and focaccia, and at the end got to eat the orecchiette we had made earlier. All in a very low stress environment, and getting to meet and talk with other folks.

5.00loved the family that hosted this event. The pasta making was fun and the instructor did an amazing job describing how to do so! The wine and food felt consistently flowing. We also got to talk to other travelers which was fun.
