I invite you to come to my home and learn how to cook the authentic paella. We will start by preparing a Delicious sangria, then we will prepare the ingredients in order to start cooking. While the paella cooks, we will have some tapas as well, tortilla de patata (Spanish omelette, with eggs and potatoes) and Tosta de jamón y tomate (bruschetta of ham with tomato and olive oil). We will provide the recipes in case you would like to have them. Important: if you have allergies or intolerances with any kind of food please let us know in advance so we can adjust to it. The class Will be given by the chef in spanish and we also have a translator for english speakers. It is possible to host the event at the guest’s home for an extra fee, for more information contact us.

5.00Pleasant few hours spent learning about how to make both sangria and paella. It was a small group, so one can take note and appreciate the steps involved in what ended up being a delicious meal in the end. For foodies in Madrid, this paella class is a must.

5.00What an experience!! Both chefs were informative, helpful and fun! We were a party of 8 with 2 additional guests and everyone had a chance to participate and make the delicious sangria and paella. To be honest... it was the best paella I had on my entire trip!!! I highly recommend this class!
