Such a great way to see the sites of Palermo, and efficiently and effectively learn while focusing on the things you were most interested in. Alessia, our guide, grew up and continues to live in the central historical part of Palermo, so she clearly knows the deep details of the area. Her English was clear and excellent. She first inquired about our interests, and then provided us a wonderful customized tour. She responded to all of our questions, and she adapted the tour as we progressed. We learned so much about the history and culture of Palermo, and also about the lives of the people who live there. Certainly well worth the cost. We highly recommend this tour.

After much deliberation, I thought it was important to update that the tour we booked in Palermo was unsatisfactory, and certainly not worth amount we paid for it. The guide who accompanied us was very nice, but she was not methodical, did not have interesting stories, and mainly led us around Palermo without providing organized explanations. Additionally, she told us that she is not a certified guide. again, she was very pleasant, but it is not appropriate to send an uncertified guide for the amount charged for the tour. Today, I was on another tour and the difference was noticeable.

The guide wa excellent. We had given him an outline of things we wanted to visit that are not normally included in normal tours. He made it all happen and even extended the tour by some time. Highly recommend
