The Do Eat Better Experience food tour is a walking tour around the historical center of the city. The tourist is guided by a Foodie, a local buddy able to explain every detail of the selected restaurants, their preparations, and the relevant history/curiosities.
Do Eat Better Experience tours are a mix of high-quality gastronomy as a way of showing Italian culture and lifestyle and a walking experience together with a local friend. This is the reason why we accept small groups only: we want to focus on a genuine exchange and give to each tourist the highest attention possible.
Please, note that the tour is always run in English and Italian; other languages upon request.

5.00I went on a tour with Nadia and I must say it was just a fantastic experience. From the first moment she was kind, smiling and super prepared. He made me discover corners of Palermo that I did not know and guided me through the flavors of Palermo street food with a contagious passion. Every stop was a surprise 🥹 good food, interesting stories, curiosity about the city and the feeling of being accompanied by a friend more than a guide. Nadia really manages to convey the love she has for Palermo and makes the tour light, fun and at the same time full of new things to discover. 5.00Our guide Nadia took us on a walking tour of the local foods of Sicily. On the way she talked passionately about the history of Palermo. She was knowledgeable and happy to answer all of our many questions. The food was good and we certainly didn’t finish hungry! Come with an appetite! Highly recommended.

5.00Our guide Nadia was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and knows a lot about Italy, Palermo and local food. She was happy to answer questions, not only about the local food, but about history, architecture and local issues. This tour is highly recommended. Drinks are supplied on the way, so no need to bring water. Just wear comfortable shoes and bring a big appetite!

5.00We had a blast. Went to actual local places where people from the area would go to eat. It was a peek behind the curtain of the daily life in Palermo. The food was very good and some of the places had some really cool history. Our guide was amazing Annalisa was welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. We had so much fun.

5.00We had a wonderful time with Carlo! Highly recommend this tour! Delicious treats and good history! If you visit Palermo you must do a food tour. The only thing I would change is adding the Ballaro market to this tour.
