The experience takes place in a XVI century private house in Riomaggiore where you will find the table ready and, after a glass of prosecco we can start working to create the best meal you have ever tasted and enjoy a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea.

Do you like Pasta, Pesto and Tiramisù? This is the right class for you to learn how to make them from scratch, according to the traditional technique and to the recipe of my grandmother. My dog Ettore and I will welcome you with glass of prosecco and we can start with the TIRAMISU' to immediately move on to the preparation of the best PESTO by mortar and pestle. Then we will prepare the local TROFIE which you can finally taste with pesto and a glass of local wine; among pleasant chat you will discover the history and tradition behind which the flavors of Ligurian cuisine are hidden. Finally, the most famous Italian dessert awaits you, the creamy TIRAMISU' which will let you forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen.

Luca was very welcoming, charming and interesting. He made creating the small curled paste look so easy, but it isn’t. He made it fun to try it ourselves though we were poor students. Fun nonetheless. We recommend this experience.

Luca was very informative and informative about pasta, pesto and tiramisu. It was fun making the dishes. The serving portion of pesto and pasta was too large for a couple of ladles. We were there over 3 hours. We feel bathroom access was necessary.

Luca provided very nice experience! Highly recommend this cooking class. We learned about the history of the meal and importance of each ingredient.

We enjoyed our evening with other travelers and Lucca. The food was very good that we made and Lucca was good about the history of our food. There are many stairs to access the location, and many instructions to follow from the host. The time listed for the activity ran much longer for us.

Luca was a great cooking host and teacher. My friend and I had so much fun and Luca was very kind and gentle with us as we were trying to perfect the technique of making pasta. The food we made was amazing and we both have confidence we can go home and make all three dishes. Thanks Luca for a wonderful time!
