  Absolutely amazing experience, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Perth! Our guide Ryan made the day super fun, was a great laugh and really informative. He took some fab pictures of us kayaking with the sea lions so we didn’t have to risk our phones, and airdropped them to us at the end! The build-your-own wrap lunch was great, and dry bags were provided to keep all of our belongings dry. Couldn’t fault the day!

  Ryan was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The water was clear calm and an easy paddle from the shore. Seals swam around us while the remainder hung out on their beach. Penguins were not spotted, but plenty of other birds and wildlife to keep us busy. Lunch and some snorkeling was followed by a guided walk around penguin island. Thanks Ryan for an excellent day out.   I had an amazing time on our sea kayaking trip! The views were amazing and the whole experience felt very well organised. Our guides, Ryan and Izzy, were fantastic—super knowledgeable, really helpful, and incredibly patient with our group (even finding time to teach me how to fold a wrap properly). They made everyone feel comfortable and confident on the water. Highly recommend this experience to anyone interested!

  A great experience! Jimmy is a great guide.. down to earth, experienced, fun and safe. The kayaking was awesome, even when we had to surf the rising winds back. I had hoped to see more of the animals, but we were treated with a pod of dolphins and some sealions basking in the sun. I'd recommend for the experience alone.

  We had an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience kayaking to Seal and Penguin Islands - it was the highlight of our trip to Perth! Our guide, Jimmy, was fantastic: as beginner kayakers, he devoted lots of time to instructing us and ensuring we felt comfortable, and was extremely patient with us throughout our trip. As well as being very friendly and fostering a chilled atmosphere for our trip, Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable and taught us so much about all the environmental features and wildlife we encountered, pointing out things that we would never have noticed if we weren't on the trip. We were lucky enough to meet several sea lions swimming right up to our kayaks, as well as spotting a plethora of bird species, from pelicans to ospreys. Landing on Penguin Island itself, we refuelled with a fantastic spread of food to build our own wraps, before taking off to explore the island. It's an incredible, untouched habitat, and we learnt about how the island was formed, as well as how the huge, calcified trees we went inside came to be. All in all, we couldn't recommend this trip enough! There is no better way to get up close to the fantastic environment of the islands than by kayak, and even if you are a beginner you will be shown the ropes and helped to feel comfortable.

  As a family of 5 we thoroughly enjoyed this tour with Ryan! Whilst we didn’t see penguins we did see a sea lion, we found Ryan to very knowledgeable and enjoyed the combination of kayaking and walking tour. Lunch was fresh and plentiful. Evan “Ryan is sigma”

  Fun day of kayaking. The islands were interesting if not that beautiful (and definitely smelly!) and Ryan our guide told us lots of interesting facts about the local area. There wasn't a huge amount of kayaking and we managed a walk over Penguin Island and a snorkel as well. The picnic lunch was good. Would definitely recommend. I emailed ahead of time as my son was below the age limit cut off but had kayaked before and they were very helpful.
