This unique culinary experience offers three great options: beef, chicken, and fish, all carefully selected by our top chefs. The adventure begins with a visit to a local market, where you'll discover a wide variety of Peruvian products. Together, we will purchase the fresh ingredients needed to prepare the authentic Peruvian dishes of your choice. Under the guidance of our professional chefs, you will learn essential culinary techniques and the secrets of Peruvian gastronomy in our well-equipped kitchen studio. Best of all, any of the three options can be easily adapted to accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets.

It's also important to note that our company is committed to supporting our nonprofit sister organization, Reciprocity NGO. The profits generated from our tours enable Reciprocity NGO to implement social projects aimed at improving the quality of life for communities living below the poverty line.

This culinary experience has three options: a starter and a main course with choices of chicken, fish, or beef. Please read the three options carefully and select your preferred choice.

All dish options can be adapted for vegetarian, gluten-free, or vegan diets. Please inform us of your dietary restrictions in advance.

If you would like to combine your cooking class choices, for example, the starter of the chicken option with the main course of the fish option, it is possible; however, you must consult us first.

We do not allow pets on our shared tours. If you have a pet, please feel free to request a quotation for a private class.

Our tour guide and driver will pick you up to begin your culinary adventure at Surquillo Market Number 2, a vibrant local market. Here, you will learn about the various vegetables, exotic fruits, and groceries produced in Peru. Additionally, your tour guide and chef will introduce you to the fresh ingredients needed for the preparation of the dishes. Get ready to experience a truly authentic local market!

Once we purchase all the products in the local market, we will head to our cozy kitchen studio in Miraflores. You will actively participate in the preparation of each dish selected by the group. Don’t worry! Our friendly chef and his team will guide you step by step throughout the entire class. You'll love the fun and relaxed atmosphere—there are no boring demonstrations here, as we believe in a hands-on approach.

Caesar and Carina were both amazing, we had so much fun and our dietary needs were accommodated. We loved this experience and will definitely be cooking these recipes again at home.

Fantastic experience.. chef Ruth and Caeser were great hosts. They taught us how to make ceviche and lomo soltado. Yum and the extra were delicious too!

The culinary market experience before we had the cooking class was interesting especially learning the history of the market and how it connects with current day standards and regulations. Be ready to learn about Peruvian history as it ties in with indigenous plants, fruit, and corn, and don’t each much before attending the class, because you’ll eat a lot of tasty food!

What an incredible and magical cooking experience with Aaron and Marco. We kicked off the tour by a market tour and buying ingredients. We were told what are the options and the classics of Peruvian food. We then proceeded to the kitchen which is an opening kitchen and dining room with an incredible view. Plenty of food, great vibe and music, very detailed explanations and hands on experience where you try fol a variety of fruits and potatoes to the main dishes you cook. Highly highly recommend

Cesar and the cooking team were a delight. We learned a lot and the atmosphere was fantastic. They also send you the recipes! Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend this class!!

This activity was part of a 21 day package we booked, we were not that interested when we saw it on the itinerary but what an amazing afternoon, one of the highlights of our trip. The team is amazing, make you feel so relaxed and willing to try anything, both cooking and tasting. It's a small group, only 6, which made it more special as you could get to know the other people and the staff. Thank You for a brilliant afternoon.
