This unique culinary experience offers three great options: beef, chicken, and fish, all carefully selected by our top chefs. The adventure begins with a visit to a local market, where you'll discover a wide variety of Peruvian products. Together, we will purchase the fresh ingredients needed to prepare the authentic Peruvian dishes of your choice. Under the guidance of our professional chefs, you will learn essential culinary techniques and the secrets of Peruvian gastronomy in our well-equipped kitchen studio. Best of all, any of the three options can be easily adapted to accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets.

It's also important to note that our company is committed to supporting our nonprofit sister organization, Reciprocity NGO. The profits generated from our tours enable Reciprocity NGO to implement social projects aimed at improving the quality of life for communities living below the poverty line.

This culinary experience has three options: a starter and a main course with choices of chicken, fish, or beef. Please read the three options carefully and select your preferred choice.

All dish options can be adapted for vegetarian, gluten-free, or vegan diets. Please inform us of your dietary restrictions in advance.

If you would like to combine your cooking class choices, for example, the starter of the chicken option with the main course of the fish option, it is possible; however, you must consult us first.

We do not allow pets on our shared tours. If you have a pet, please feel free to request a quotation for a private class.

This was a great experience. we first went to the market to check out the produces and learn more about local fruits and vegs (many of which we don’t have in the UK). Then we drove to the cooking class itself and this was a real treat. There were 3 others in the group, so 5 in total and it was a real hands on experience. We cooked everything from scratch and ate it all as we went along. It was so much fun! And the food was delicious! Really recommend this

Cesar was a great guide. He picked us at our Airbnb and brought us to the market where we had this delicious fish soup! We wanted to come back the next day, but did not get a chance! Our group of 5 really enjoyed the cooking class! Cesar wasn't kidding when he said there will be lots of food and eating. I am an avid cook, but really want to understand the recipes and methods. Thankfully, we were provided recipes after the class! I would highly recommend this tour with Cesar.

I highly recommend this cooking class! My husband and I love taking cooking classes when we travel, and this one quickly became a favorite—even though it wasn’t the most expensive. From the very beginning, the experience stood out. Kimberly was quick to respond to our booking request and struck that perfect balance of warmth and professionalism. Paula, our guide, picked us up with the driver and was an absolute delight— charismatic but genuine, kind, curious, and fun to be around. I’ve met "guides" in other countries who just shuttle you from point A to B without giving even the smallest commentaries that could really make you appreciate the location you’re visiting, but Paula was different. She makes me wish that I had met other guides like her. She made the whole experience feel personal and engaging, and she was a fantastic translator too. Chef Marco was just as great. From the moment we met them both, my husband and friends and I knew we were in for something special. We started with a visit to the market before heading to the kitchen, and everything from there flowed so smoothly. They created such a relaxed and fun vibe—with good reggaeton music in the background and plenty of laughs. And the food? It was amazing thanks to Chef Marco for overseeing everything and giving such clear instructions, his helpers for prepping. Food was so generous and I felt that they had better offerings to other cooking companies in Lima. I was completely stuffed by the end. Thank you for a great day!

Highly recommend this market tour and cooking class! Isait, Gabi and Karina were all knowledgeable and fun! We all helped prepare the meal and we left with recipes to take home with us.

We highly recommend this experience! Aaron and Chef Ruth were awesome and we had a great time! Pick up was easy and smooth, local market was great, so much food and the meals we prepared were excellent!
