You will visit a protected natural area and see how is possible to find a balance among flora, fauna and human being. Our speed boats are in perfect conditions and we are working wit Sernanp, the government organization to protect and develop the area.
Be with wild sea lions in their natural environment and also learning about birds, Humboldt penguins, nature and culture, the islands are the Peruvian history summary. You can enjoy complimentary snacks and wear our wet suits on board to jump into the water and enjoy. In fact you are not obligated to swim if you don't wish. Enjoy this family and friendly, 2.5 hour experience.

10:30 Start the adventure Starting ther tour to the islands of Callao. At first we observed the anchorage of yachts, warships and merchant ships in Callao bay. During the trip we will go by the low or sand bank "El Camotal", open sea "Mar Adentro". We passed the island of San Lorenzo, rich history that comes from pre-Columbian times until today. We see fishing boats, various colonies of guano birds and Humboldt penguins.

5.00WOW! What an absolutely amazing experience! Saw lots of Humboldt penguins and beautiful scenery that can't be seen from Lima. Swimming with the sealions was crazy fun! They swim after the boat as you go by to get into position. 100s of heads bobbing in the ocean barking is a sight to see! They are so curious and swim right up to you when you jump in. The current was rough when we went so it was hard to stay close to them. Our guide, Alex, was super helpful and pushed us up where we could see/touch them. He also helped me touch them with my hands as I was afraid to have them touch my feet. The wetsuits are short sleeve and legs so it is still cold when you first get in, but I was fine after about 30 seconds. I would highly recommend this tour! Especially with Alex! Tip - Uber takes you to a spot that is not the actual spot. Spot is around the corner to the right. Put in The Mirador Restaurant or Naval Club as the address. Otherwise, it is a bit difficult to find the meeting point.

5.00Great tour! Ricardo and Fernando were amazing. Guide (he spoke English and Spanish) was knowledgeable and tell us many interesting things. This tour departed earlier than all the other tours, so there were only we and sea lions, completely alone, that’s a great bonus! The sea lions are so cute!! I definitely recommend this tour if you stay in Lima

5.00This was an amazing experience! The views were wonderful and the sea lions were so cute. Our guide Alex was so helpful and knowledgeable. Be sure to wear your swimsuit and bring towels. They did have showers available at the start/end point if you want to take advantage. If you get motion sickness, be sure to take some meds before leaving, as the water was choppy.

5.00I had the sweetest day visiting the sea lions at the Palomino Islands with my friends. From the easy check in at La Punta to the clear safety talk on the boat, everything felt friendly and well run. The ride out was beautiful with seabirds everywhere and then we were surrounded by a huge, playful colony. We slipped into the water with wetsuits and the sea lions zipped by like curious puppies while the guide made sure we kept a respectful distance. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a cheerful, memory packed Lima experience. Bring sunscreen, a towel and a dry bag and if you can, pick a morning departure for calmer seas. We came back grinning, swapping photos and already planning who we’re taking next time.

4.00Saw a lot of sea lions, a few penguins, many other birds. Boat and driver were nice. Bathroom at the beginning and end only. Short wetsuits, water was freezing. Bring your own towel. Guide was funny but not very helpful while swimming or spotting animals. Overall good tour, not great. Sea lions came up to your fell while swimming and they smelled really bad.

5.00It was simply beyond words! The whole trip, from start to finish, was amazing: we saw penguins, so many sea lions, and beautiful birds up close. The whole crew - Alex, Fernando and Julio - was fantastic: fun, friendly, full of jokes, and they made the whole adventure even more special. The water in late September was really cold, and some people didn’t even go in, but trust me — once you jump, after a few seconds you get used to it, and it’s 100% worth it! I’ve also done the Ballestas Islands tour a few days later, and honestly, Palomino was so much better. Here you get closer to the animals and it feels real and personal, not touristy. Huge thanks to the whole team — you made it unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend this tour! 💙🐧🦭
