1.00I was prompted to review my tour yesterday so here it is - it never happened. at 11:30 pm the night before the tour, they messaged last minute that it was cancelled due to lack of signups. They proposed other dates. I told them one I could do. Then, I had to follow up multiple times and didn't get another response until halfway through the day the tour was supposed to happen. They never updated my tickets and I am still waiting for my refund

5.00We had a great time on this tour! Noom was our guide and I love that he would take pics for us and he made everything very interesting! It was really cool to see th monkeys at Big Buddha and the cashew factory was fun too! Great street art in Old Phuket and the food was delicious! Great day and we even learned a bit more about the beautiful elephants of Thailand!

4.00We had a great experience with elephants and made lots of photos & videos… Driver Mr King was on time and very polite, the tour guide Pet was also very nice and showed us the temple around and spoke about culture and traditions a lot. We had our lunch and sweet Thai treat, visited the old town and had about 45 min to ourselves. Last point was big Buddha tough the weather in October is very unpredictable so we couldn’t see him well as it was too rainy and foggy.
100% recommended!

5.00Our tour guide was lovely, very informative. Well organised and good length of time. Food and drinks included were great. Only let down was one selfish couple who were half an hour late to pick up and then 15 minutes late returning from first stop.

5.00One of the best experiences in Phuket really. Everything was perfectly planned, timed pick up from the hotel, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful tour guide ( ours was Noom). We enjoyed much the elephant sanctuary and Wat Chalong temple. I highly recommend this experience

1.00The tour was cancelled 9mins after we were supposed to be picked up due to weather. The offer was to rebook for 2 days later or cancel and get refund. As I was leaving the next day I opted for cancel and refund. When checking my account on day of tour was suppose to go ahead the transaction was pending in my account, then the next day full cost was taken out of account. Tour operator has not contacted me regarding my refund due to them cancelling nor replied to my messages. At this stage I am feeling ripped off.
