5.00Our tour guide was lovely, very informative. Well organised and good length of time. Food and drinks included were great. Only let down was one selfish couple who were half an hour late to pick up and then 15 minutes late returning from first stop.

5.00One of the best experiences in Phuket really. Everything was perfectly planned, timed pick up from the hotel, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful tour guide ( ours was Noom). We enjoyed much the elephant sanctuary and Wat Chalong temple. I highly recommend this experience

1.00The tour was cancelled 9mins after we were supposed to be picked up due to weather. The offer was to rebook for 2 days later or cancel and get refund. As I was leaving the next day I opted for cancel and refund. When checking my account on day of tour was suppose to go ahead the transaction was pending in my account, then the next day full cost was taken out of account. Tour operator has not contacted me regarding my refund due to them cancelling nor replied to my messages. At this stage I am feeling ripped off.

5.00Great tour guide lot to see worth the money very long ride to get to first stop about 2 hours make sure your staying in the city we stayed at the Marriott and was charged an extra 15.00 for pick up the driver was driving well over speed limit and swerving, and out of cars did not like our driver the way he was driving through Phuket

4.00The tour itself was excellent. I would have given it a 5 star rating if not for the operator. The elephant park was cancelled due to poor weather (path leading to the sanctuary that this group uses apparently wasn’t safe). It was disappointing but what was even more disappointing was that I had to reach out through WhatsApp on the evening before the tour in order to find this out. Luckily there are many other elephant sanctuaries on the island and I was able to find one that would accommodate me at the last minute (morning before tour) but I wish someone had reached out to me first. I am currently still awaiting a refund for the elephant sanctuary as part of this tour since it didn’t go there.
