The cooking class at Phuket Thai Cooking by VJ has a cozy and friendly style environment.
You are not only watching, but participating in the cooking of traditional Thai dishes.
We teach and let you make your own Curry Paste from scratch using Motar and Pestle (No MSG and no buying ready made ones from the market)
Also as a part of our cooking, we visit the local market (for classes with market tour) to learn and taste local exotic fruits and vegetables. There is always an abundance of new things to see and taste.

All our chefs are very fluent in English so you will have no problem understanding step by step instructions. They would be able to give much more information and answer all your doubts you might have regarding ingredients or other questions you have about thai cooking. Most importantly, you will also learn about the replacement of the important ingredients that you could use at home if that ingredient is not available. Cooking is done in a clean kitchen. Everyone has their own cooking stations You will make your own Curry Paste from scratch using Motar and Pestle (No MSG and no buying ready made ones from the market) Free transportation (Kata, Kata Noi, Karon, Rawai, Patong and Nai Harn). 5.00It was a super fun and informative experience. We also had "Walking with Jane in market tour" it was refreshing. Khun Chi chi, Khun wa wa and Khun Jane are helpful, witty, quick and they make sure you learn to cook good food.

5.00This Thai cooking class was such a great experience. Everything was well explained, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff were super friendly. I really enjoyed learning how to cook authentic Thai dishes, and the food was delicious. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip!

5.00Cooked some amazing food with great friendly people!!! A fun engaging experience even for a solo traveler, the experience is social engaging. Definitely recommend if you want to get a better insight on how thai food is made (and get a good feed too)
