1.00You need to arrive a lot earlier than 15minutes to your scheduled time. You need to allow time to walk to another building, wait in line to purchase ticket, then put your things in the locker. The site states to get there 15min early, which I did, it did not allow enough time. I was 23minutes late, they did not let me up the tower. Nor did I receive my audio. There is no one to greet you. . I’m here with no audio or cannot enter the tower. Very disappointing.
Viator was great, but the vendor Viator used did not send the tickets we purchased. Viator provided full refund.

1.00The 3rd party vendor Viator partnered with failed to provide the passes to the Pisa experience. It took over an hour to get resolved via phone by Viator providing a full refund. However, we had already traveled by train to get to Pisa and were left with no tickets. Luckily, we were able to purchase tickets at the ticket booth.

5.00We had wonderful time in Pisa during our visit, Pisa is more beautiful in real than picture, our booked tickets were supplied one day before and was self guided visit to all the places in Pisa complex.

4.00Do not use Yo Tours. I have had issues trying to contact them, so have Viator. They did not reply to any messages we sent. The Pisa Complex was fabulous. My advice is use a different tour company but go to the Complex.

4.00I would have liked more detailed information on were to go to exchange the vouchers for a ticket - instructions on the app were vague. It should be made more prominent on the voucher information that you will need to store your bags before entering the tower line up. I would not recommend booking with Viator. Instead, go with "Get Your Guide"

1.00We would like to express our complaint and request the refund. On 21 June when we tried to access the Pisa tower we were told that this ticket (send by Viator) was fake because it did not show the price of the ticket and there was no bar code. We could not access any sites in Pisa with this ticket and had to pay extra for new official tickets (and we did not manage to get the ones for the Pisa tower). We were told by museum employees to ask for the refund. Please tell us what details you need to proceed with the refund.

1.00We were very disappointed in paying for this. We tried to contact the tour company “Yo Tours” multiple times because the audio guide link that we paid extra for did not work. They only responded once saying once again they sent us the link, but did not acknowledge the messages that it did not work and would not acknowledge refunding us for the audio tour part. We also selected the 9:00 am tour but the tickets we received were for 9:45 am, making it a very tight squeeze for our next tour. We were very disappointed and would like to hear back from someone to fix this, and to refund, at the very least, the audio tour.
