1.00They don't explain in anywhere that you cannot go with your kids, although you pay a ticket for them. They don't have the appropriate seat so they are not allowed to. So we couldn't go with the group, I had to rent a car and at least they gave us the tickets and the guidance on Pompey. The guy of customer service was disgusting and impolite.

5.00I booked the early morning time and it was 100% worth it to beat the crowds that started showing up as we finished our tour. Frankie my tour guide was a pro at finding shade for us at every stop which made a huge difference and showing us the highlights of Pompeii. The transfer to/from Naples was very easy, air conditioned, and we didn’t have to wait around either.

5.00Really interesting and everything worked like clockwork. Everything from booking until we were dropped off. Times were also kept.
