Lovely Porto Yacht Tour Despite the Rain

5.00We had a wonderful experience on our Porto yacht tour, even with the rainy weather. The crew went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, providing warm blankets and creating a cozy atmosphere on board. Their hospitality truly made the experience enjoyable despite the drizzle. The charcuterie boards were fantastic—beautifully prepared with a delicious selection of local cheeses, meats, and accompaniments. Paired with excellent Portuguese wine, it was the perfect way to enjoy the scenic ride along the Douro. What stood out most were the guides’ detailed and engaging descriptions of the six iconic bridges and the landmarks along the river. They shared interesting history, fun facts, and local insights that enriched the journey and helped us appreciate Porto from a whole new perspective. Rain or shine, this yacht tour is absolutely worth it. A relaxing, informative, and delicious experience—we’d happily do it again!

5.00Amazing tour! We were lucky to have a "private" tour when the 6 other people did not attend. Diego and Adriano were exceptional hosts, very attentive. Aside from sharing historical information, they shared their opinion from a local's perspective, which is nice to hear to get a better understanding of the culture. The wines and charcuterie board with local cheeses and meats were delicious. A beautiful, relaxing day on the Duoro River!

5.00This was a very relaxing trip on a nice boat up and down the Douro River. It was a beautiful way to see the bridges and Porto from the river. It’s a smaller group that the other boat tours which I enjoyed. We had wonderful vinho verde from a local, family run producer, and a yummy charcuterie board. The boat ride was slow and the views were gorgeous. A very well spent 2 hours. We also lucked out and had gorgeous weather with sunshine!
