The duration of the tour includes the time required for hotel pick-up and drop off
Mosques have very strict dress codes: women must wear long loose clothing, and ensure their arms and legs are fully covered. Women are also required to cover their heads at all times. A long Abaya with scarf (long black dress attire), Men must not show above their knees and must cover their shoulders. Failure to do so will be a refused entry. The tour operator cannot provide any clothing for men
It is not possible to visit the Sheikh Zayed Mosque during any Islamic festival
Tattoos must be covered
It is not recommended to book this tour on Friday if you have a return flight on the same day, as the drop-off time is dependent on traffic and can not be guaranteed.

Premium is different! Tour description incorrect - no goodwill

1.00Contacting the company was already proving difficult. Only after 3x inquiries we received a feedback at the pick-up time in the hotel. The night before the tour at 22:30 we were told when we would be picked up the next morning. We received information about the dress code of the mosque. On request we received the information that no abaya will be provided for the ladies. We'd have to buy these at the mall in front of the mosque. The description does not say that the clothing is not provided. This is not mentioned in the list of additional costs not included. The description says: "The tour operator cannot provide any clothing for men". This means that the men do not receive any clothing and thus conversely the women do. When we brought this to the attention of the provider, it was insisted that it was clearly communicated and we had to get the clothes ourselves. Few non-Muslim women have an abaya in their wardrobe. When we then asked to give us a refund, it was insisted that the 24h cancellation had passed. This is despite the fact that we told them that the description is not true. Goodwill and customer friendliness are different for us. So we had to pay for the tour, even though the operators incorrectly advertised their description. The excuse: It is an impossibility to provide abaya for the ladies, since the sizes of the clothing are not known. For a few euros more you can book a tour where the abaya is provided and in addition a guide accompanies the tour. Thus, the other providers manage to provide abayas, except this one. The money is gone, the desire for the trip is gone too and we didn't see anything for it.
