The museum was super crowded, it was also raining really hard and the lines were so long that there was a two hr wait to enter. So the museum did not try to make the wait more bearable by putting out tents or getting the line to move faster. We had 13h ticket and we were eating outside until 13h30. Soaking wet with four small children. The museum should be ashamed of how they mistreated their guests. I will never return to this museum they were rude and unkind to the hundreds of people who were paying to see their art. Shame shame shame.

The link sent to me opened with a link that didn’t open. After multiple tries at the venue to go via website or application to download the tickets I contacted Viator regarding the problem. By the time I received the response our time a lot passed and we would only be able to go through general admission and not timed entrance which defeated the purpose of buying the ticket. We chose not to stand in the 2 hr line and left without using tickets. Next time I’ll buy direct through vendor. This isn’t the first time I had problems with Viator and their technical and guide issues.

The timed entry at the D'Orsay museum was truly amazing and efficient. The audio and efficiency of the entry made this a 10/10 experience alongside the great Viator service.
