Old car not comfortable

3.00The pick up guy stood so far out of the arrival hall, and the sign he held was so hard to see written with a ball pen, took us a while to find him. The car we were assigned to was a very old car with manual rolling windows… very tight seats, not comfy at all. On the ad it said there would be complimentary bottled water included, not true. The driver was nice but I wouldn’t recommend this as I didn’t find it enjoyable.

4.00Our driver/coordinator showed up a little late at the airport for us and 2-3 other groups but after getting g everyone assigned to a car the trip was fine to the hotel. Special recognition to him for calling the hotel before arrival so we were greeted upon arrival to take our bags down the steep steps to the reception area.
Efficient Transfer, needs better communication

4.00This was an efficient, clean vehicle for transport to our hotel from the airport. However, communication from the driver could have been better. He wasn’t standing where the other drivers were holding a sign as indicated in our confirmation. I reached out to him on what’s app when we couldn’t find him and he finally let us know to pass everyone else and come to the parking lot by departures. He was just pulling up then despite having our airline confirmation. Overall we were satisfied but it was not as indicated by the listing.
