  Although a “private” transfer, we had to wait on other arriving passengers until our car was called. The car was not a pictured. Old car. Very little ac. Dirty

  We collected our luggage very quickly and the we were greeted by our driver. Within 5 minutes we were on our way to the port , excellent service.

  Our driver/coordinator showed up a little late at the airport for us and 2-3 other groups but after getting g everyone assigned to a car the trip was fine to the hotel. Special recognition to him for calling the hotel before arrival so we were greeted upon arrival to take our bags down the steep steps to the reception area.

• Efficient Transfer, needs better communication

  This was an efficient, clean vehicle for transport to our hotel from the airport. However, communication from the driver could have been better. He wasn’t standing where the other drivers were holding a sign as indicated in our confirmation. I reached out to him on what’s app when we couldn’t find him and he finally let us know to pass everyone else and come to the parking lot by departures. He was just pulling up then despite having our airline confirmation. Overall we were satisfied but it was not as indicated by the listing.

  Not a great experience overall. I was told that someone would be waiting for us in the arrivals halls holding a sign with our name on it. That did not happen and there was no one waiting for us. I tried calling the company, but no one answered the phone either. So we were stranded at the airport. I then messaged the company only to be told that the person was actually there. We walked around 3 more times and that was simply not true. Eventually, after 15 min or so, a person came from the parking area, calling out our name. He did not have a sign at all. He was not very nice nor friendly. So the meet and greet part of this pick-up was terrible. Once in the van, the rest of the trip was fine.
