Great tour let down by rude driver/tour guide

The actual tour/itinerary was good value, I gave a lower score due to the poor quality of our driver/tour guide Ahmed who was argumentative and rude, he should be sacked! Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Great one day experience seeing Cameron Highlands with various stops including the local tribes. Kassim was our guide for the day , extremely informative and very pleasant company .

Since we were not staying in KL, we needed to take a train, so we communicated with our guide about a pickup point. When we got off our train, our guide was right at the location happily waiting for us. He was very friendly and accommodating. He was willing to answer any questions as we drove out of the city. As we drove up the winding road to the Highlands, it became apparent as to why it is recommended that ones with back issues not take the tour; you really get pushed around a bit, but it was okay for us. Some of the walking and steep stairs can be a concern for those with back issue, as well. The stops along the way are such a treat. The unsweetened strawberry jam was the best! Some of the stops were a bit unnecessary, but our guide was willing to adapt to our liking. The Highlands were breathtakingly beautiful! Words don’t give justice! Finally, we enjoyed a late lunch (included in the price of the tour!) at a beautiful restaurant that had a nice fusion of cuisines to fit anyone’s tastes. The drive down the mountain allowed us time to rest from the day’s activities. This trip was a great value, a great way to explore the area when you have only a little time, and a great experience!

Excellent tour, guide was very knowledgable and always prompt. We are glad we booked a private tour as we avoided crowded areas and this enhanced our experience. The guide took care of everything for us and made it a personal experience. 10/10 would recommend.

The Cameron highlands are a magnificent place full of greenery and cultures. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and informed us of the history of Malaysia. He was very accommodating to us in terms of stops and finding places for us to pray
