If you travel to Bogotá, this is the best option to get to know, learn and enjoy its beauty and its history.

This tour, accompanied by our expert guides, begins in an emblematic place: Monserrate hill. You will climb to more than 3100 m high and you will see the beautiful Basilica of Monserrate and the best panoramic image of the city.

You will then go to the Gold Museum, you will learn about a collection of gold pieces and their history in Colombia and the relationship with the Muisca culture that also give rise to the legend of El Dorado.

This trip is made in the Candelaria neighborhood, you will arrive at two unmissable places, the Botero Museum, named in honor of the renowned Colombian painter Fernando Botero; and the Plaza de Bolívar, where the Palace of Justice, the presidential palace, the mayor's office, the Primada Cathedral, and more are located!

Finally, you will walk to the area called Chorro de Quevedo to learn about different traditions that mix between the new generations and the past.

The tour was excellent with a lot of insights from Mauricio. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us a lot of historical facts about Columbia. Our driver, Hilton, was professional, polite and safe. Very happy with both our guide and driver. Highly recommend this tour if you are a first timer in Bogota. You won’t be disappointed.

Wish tickets had of included fast pass for Monserrate as extremely long lines, tour guide during the line up tried to convince us into walking down instead of taking cable car, we said “no” several times, luckily there was no line to go down. The museums were satisfactory.

Our tour with Yang was exceptional! He was one of the best tour guides we’ve had in recent memory. We learned a lot from him about the history of Bogota and saw some impressive sights. We appreciated how conscientious he was to our needs and made sure we understood what we were visiting. Highly recommend!

What a fun day! Camilo was an excellent tour guide who was very knowledgeable and he gave us a ton of background information about the city and country in general as well as each place we visited. It was also nice that we had a separate driver, so Camilo could talk to us during the drives without having to watch the road. We assumed that our guide would also be the driver, so that was a nice surprise. This was a quick trip for us, but this experience made us realize that we want to go back to Colombia for a longer visit.
