Lila arrived on time kept the car spotless, and always greeted us with a warm smile. He is professional and very friendly. What impressed us most was his local knowledge—he not only navigated the busy roads with ease but also suggested hidden gems and scenic stops along the way. He was flexible with our itinerary, patient when we wanted to linger at certain spots, and always ensured we felt safe and comfortable. The car itself was nice, air-conditioned, and perfect for both short trips and longer drives. Overall, the service meets our expectations. 5.00I joined the Best of Ubud Private Day Tour with Bali Sun Tour, and it turned out to be one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had in Bali. From the moment I was picked up, the service felt warm, professional, and very personal. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about Balinese culture and history, and he explained every stop with so much passion. We visited the waterfalls, rice terraces, the iconic Bali swings, a local coffee plantation, and the Monkey Forest. I also appreciated that the guide helped me with admission fees at each location, so everything felt smooth and well-organized. Each stop had its own unique atmosphere — • Tegenungan Waterfall had a refreshing and lively vibe, perfect for photos. • Tegalalang Rice Terrace felt peaceful and scenic, especially with the gentle breeze. • The Bali Swing area was fun and thrilling with beautiful jungle views. • The coffee plantation had a relaxing rural atmosphere where I could try many local coffees and teas. • Monkey Forest was lively and magical with its ancient trees and friendly monkeys. 5.00We had such a wonderful experience on our day tour! Our guide, Pong, was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the day. He made sure we were comfortable the whole time, took great photos & videos for us. The itinerary was well-paced. We got to enjoy the stunning views at Lempuyang Temple, the peaceful beauty of Tirta Gangga, and a refreshing visit to Tukad Cepung Waterfall (even though it was raining). We ended the day with a quick visit to Ulundesa Coffee Plantation, where we sampled different local coffees and teas. Overall, it was such a smooth and memorable experience. We never felt rushed, and Pong’s cheerful energy really made the day even better. Highly recommend this tour and Pong as a guide if you want to see the best of East Bali in one amazing day! 🌺
