  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable experience with an outstanding guide and driver We had an absolutely fantastic experience, made truly special by Professor Ahmed Elsisi, our guide and Egyptologist. His depth of knowledge, passion for Egypt’s history and ability to explain everything so clearly brought every site to life. He was engaging, patient, and incredibly insightful, answering all our questions with enthusiasm and expertise. A special mention also goes to Mr. Hamada, our driver, who was professional, punctual and made us feel completely safe and comfortable throughout the journey. His calm manner and care added greatly to the overall experience. Together, Professor Elsisi and Mr. Hamada made our trip seamless, informative and thoroughly enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better team and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Egypt.

  We had an absolutely amazing 10 out of 10 experience from start to finish on the private day tour from Hurghada to Luxor and the Valley of the Kings with Legacy Tour. A very special mention goes to our guide El Tayeb – ask for him if you can. He was truly fantastic. His knowledge, passion, and storytelling brought ancient Egypt to life. It was clear that he knew the sites inside out, and thanks to him we saw hidden treasures and corners of Egypt’s history that other groups clearly did not get to see. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and smooth throughout the day. El Tayeb took his time, answered all our questions, and made sure the experience felt personal and special rather than rushed or touristy. This tour exceeded all our expectations, and we can warmly recommend both Legacy Tour and especially El Tayeb!

  Great trip to discover Egypt’s history. Pick up was smooth, exchanged drivers on the outskirts of Luxor for a local, picked up our guide Sameera and spent the day visiting the sites of ancient Egypt. Sameera was friendly, informative and incredibly knowledgeable about everything Egyptian history has to tell. Her knowledge was astounding and her assistance in navigating our way through the street hawkers was very helpful too. She was invaluable in making our day thoroughly worth the early start. A boat trip on the Nile made the trip even more special. At the end we farewelled Sameera and were driven to meet our original driver who safely transferred us back to Makadi Bay. All very efficient. Thank you.

  Well worth the 5am start, the trip was well organised from start to finish. The private mini bus was on time, clean and comfortable and the drivers were friendly and polite. The best part though was our guide, El T 😊 he was so knowledgeable and explained the history in a way that brought it all to life. We visited the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut and Karnak Temples and had a beautiful boat trip on the Nile. We also had a delicious lunch in an Egyptian restaurant. It was such a memorable day, having our own guide and transport made it much easier and much more enjoyable. Thank you so much to our guide, and we all loved our trip to Luxor!

• Fascinating Day Out

  My wife and I booked this experience 5 days ago whilst on holiday in the Makadi Bay area near Hurghada. Our driver Ahmed Bahaa picked us up on time at 5am and was great company to and from Luxor, which was ~3.5 hours each way. He even bought us ice cream on the way back which was very kind of him! Arriving in Luxor we met our professional guide Mahmoud Issa. Having grown up in Luxor himself, he is incredible knowledgeable on the places we visited: Valley of the Kings, Queen Hapshetsut's Temple and Karnak Temple, and ancient Egyptian history in general. Not only did he provide us with so much context and history while we walked around, but he had answers to all of our questions too, and speaks English well. The tour itself was great, I think all three sites are well worth visiting, my favourite personally was Karnak Temple which was our last stop, and a great way to finish the tour. We also stopped for a very tasty lunch followed by a 30 minute boat trip across the River Nile. Both Ahmed and Mahmoud were incredibly polite, professional and kind. The detail and preservation of the sites was very impressive given they stretch back almost 3500 years. With that in mind, this tour and the entry tickets I believe are good value for money and I would recommend this trip to anyone who is thinking about a day out from the hotel to take in some Egyptian history.

  This was a truly brilliant day from start to finish. Our drivers were very friendly, polite and safe. The car was very clean with air con too. Our tour of the valley and tombs afterwards was just outstanding. Our tour guide Professor Ahmed Elsisi was a wonderfully expert guide who furnished us with so much information and knowledge throughout the day which made the whole day truly memorable. The lunch provided was just delicious and omongst the best food I have had in Egypt. The day was rounded off with a nice relaxing boat trip on the Nile. The guide Professor Ahmed Elsisi was truly outstanding. He gave us so much information that helped make the whole day really worthwhile. He got us round all the sites with ease and he seemed to know everyone which helped make our day very special indeed. The lunch that was provided was truly delicious, amongst the best food I have tasted in Egypt. I give this tour, the drivers, the amazing sites and the tour guide 100%.   What a brilliant tour, our guide Professor Ahmed Elsisi was great, he explained every detail and was very informative. We learnt a lot and enjoyed all aspects of the tour. It was a long day, but worth it. We would very much recommend going with Legacy Tours, it was just the two of us, no big groups, so it felt very special. It was a very competitive price too.   Both the guide and the drivers were awesome. We had a great time in Luxor. The Guide Mostafa had a very deep knowledge of the egyption history and helped us travel through history and experience ancient Egypt. He was also patient enough to accommodate the kids.
