1.00Never showed! We waited 40 minutes and they never arrived. They kept claiming they were 3 minutes away and stuck in traffic and there was no traffic. Another excuse, the driver claimed she didn’t have GPS and couldn’t find our hotel even though we were staying at the biggest hotel in the area, easy to see from anywhere. The owner yelled at me on the phone and said I was lucky to even be getting a ride. I believe this company is a fraudulent company, beware!!!
