Meryemana (The Virgin Mary's House)
Located 6km to the north of the ruins of Ephesus, a church was built from the 6C AD to the top of the foundations of a house from 1C AD and it is declared by the church to be the final house where Mary spent her last days.

5.00It's a great tour with amazing sites.. but be prepared for a long walk in high temperatures. Lunch was excellent. Our private tour guide "Rosie" not her actual name was delightful, knowledgeable and very considerate to me disabled partner. As was our lovely driver Mouzo (sp?) You helped her get in and out of the fantastic minivan.

4.00Tour guide was super informative. Lunch was good. Ephesus was really interesting and we surprisingly enjoyed the rug demonstration. However, the rug demonstration became a sales pitch and they seemed upset that you didn't buy a $2000 rug right there which really put a negative spin on the entire excursion. Recommend going as early in the morning as you can to avoid the long lines. We were the first ones at all of the sites.
