Robert met us at specific area. He had been in contact w/ me so there was no missed communication. He lead us thru the history of Visby on a gentle walk around. The gardens were lovely & would be gorgeous in 2 weeks. Sad we missed but continued thru town explaining everything. We sat down w/ Robert & had a coffee and sweet and just talked. Nice way to connect in an unhurried way. When it was time to go back to ship he took us right to the main walkway and pointed us in the right direction. We had a wonderful time & definitely recommend this tour and him. Thank you memories made Dave and Jan Turner
